Site Directory don't have permission - Err 104

No website access permissions, please contact the server administrator.

Please try the following:

• Windows XP, IIS is configured incorrectly. Open IIS -> Site -> Default Web(Right-click attribute) -> Home directory, "Local path" Set to run the site directory.
• Please check whether the firewall is disabled access to the site.
• Disk access permissions are not correct. Site Directory(Right-click attribute) -> safety, Add "USERS" and give the user "modify" permissions.
